Stella 2.0 boasts proficiency in 20 languages, can recognize 40 human emotions, and demonstrates a remarkable 94 percent efficacy in intent detection. The aim of UWC is to make mental health support both accessible and affordable.
Stella 2.0 has exhibited a fivefold increase in engagement compared to traditional Employee Assistance Programs, showcasing its effectiveness in user interaction.
Backed by a team of 100 mental health professionals, the virtual coach has received positive user feedback, with 75 percent reporting changes in sleeping patterns after clinical diagnoses.
