Bringing over 25 years of profound experience in the healthcare industry, Sims boasts a comprehensive understanding spanning the healthcare continuum.

With a nursing background complemented by an MBA in Healthcare Management, she notably spent 16 years at Optum/UHC, holding diverse leadership roles such as COO, VP of Quality, Sr. Director of Case and Disease Management, Architect of the Clinically Integrated Delivery Model, and VP of Employer Sales.
