Roche has officially inaugurated its new digital Center of Excellence (CoE) campus in Pune, India. The 200,000-square-foot campus is designed as an immersive, employee-centered experience, incorporating lessons learned from post-pandemic workplace design.

 It aims to foster an inclusive environment promoting mental wellness, featuring wellness zones, relaxation areas, and access to mental wellness experts.

The campus, accommodating nearly 1,300 professionals, is dedicated to developing solutions that leverage the latest technologies, including data and analytics, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Moritz Hartmann, Global Head of Roche Information Solutions, emphasized the long-term commitment to India, aiming to create innovative digital healthcare solutions with a global impact on patient outcomes.

Egle Bronzini, Head of the Chapters in Roche Informatics, highlighted the campus's role in leveraging India's exceptional talent pool to accelerate the digitization of Roche's internal value chain. Raja Jamalamadaka, Managing Director of Roche Information Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., considers the Pune center a significant milestone for Roche in India, contributing to digital expertise and thought leadership in advancing the company's digital initiatives.
