Oncare raises $1 million seed funding to expand cancer care focusing on affordable, high-quality treatment across Delhi, Bengaluru, and Jaipur.

Oncare, a cancer care startup founded in 2023 by Deepak Kumar and Amar Sneh, has successfully raised  $1 million in a seed funding round led by Huddle Ventures. The round also included participation from notable venture capital firms such as TRTL Ventures, Cloud Capital, and DeVC. The company aims to use this capital to establish 10 new centers across Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Jaipur over the next two years.

This funding will also fuel Oncare’s team expansion and marketing initiatives, helping raise awareness about its mission to provide affordable, high-quality cancer care. The startup’s innovative approach involves partnering with 50-100 bedded hospitals to create dedicated oncology wings, reducing treatment costs by up to 40%, offering a more accessible alternative to costly corporate hospitals.

Deepak Kumar, Co-Founder of Oncare, emphasized the importance of affordability in cancer care: “Cancer’s burden is growing in India, and families often struggle to afford treatment. With this funding, we can ensure more families access quality care without the fear of financial devastation.”
Sanil Sachar, Founding Partner of Huddle Ventures, expressed his support: “Oncare addresses the critical gaps in affordable and accessible cancer care in India. Their commitment to transparent, high-quality treatment has the potential to revolutionize oncology services nationwide.”

Oncare has already impacted over 2,500 patients, providing guidance and completing more than 500 treatment sessions. With its recent expansion to Ghaziabad and plans to establish new centers in West Delhi by November 1, the startup is on its way to becoming a leader in India’s oncology landscape.
