Lupin Digital Health introduces the Lyfe Digital Heart Failure Clinic in India, allowing cardiologists and caregivers to manage heart failure patients from the comfort of their homes.
The Lyfe Digital Heart Failure Clinic in India aims to reduce healthcare infrastructure burden by combining in-clinic consultation with at-home patient monitoring. A team of experts, including paramedics, nurses, cardiotherapists, health coaches, and care managers, collaborates with treating cardiologists to improve patient outcomes. The advanced technology delivers real-time updates, personalized care pathways, emergency services, and educational resources.
