Infinx, a leader in AI-enabled revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions, has acquired the Healthcare RCM division of i3 Verticals, Inc. for $96 million, with the final amount subject to post-closing adjustments. The acquisition includes i3's proprietary technology and enhances Infinx’s position in the healthcare RCM market.

This strategic move extends Infinx’s reach into new sectors, including academic medical centers and large healthcare groups. It also brings onboard a seasoned team and a loyal client base, reinforcing Infinx’s goal of providing comprehensive, AI-powered financial lifecycle services to healthcare organizations.
