Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG) expands into Madhya Pradesh with the acquisition of SRJ CBCC Cancer Hospital. This strategic move includes plans to add 100 beds and establish advanced cancer diagnostic and treatment facilities in the region over the next two years.
Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG) has paid an undisclosed sum for the acquisition of SRJ CBCC Cancer Hospital in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. With this acquisition, HCG expands into Madhya Pradesh.
To address the region's healthcare needs, HCG plans to add 100 beds and establish cancer diagnostic and treatment facilities over the next two years as part of its expansion plans. This expansion into the tenth state broadens HCG's network, which now includes 21 cancer centers, 24 hospitals in India and Africa, and eight Daycare centers.
Indore's inaugural cancer center, SRJ CBCC Cancer Hospital, has 50 cancer care beds and advanced LINAC machine capabilities. This acquisition lays the groundwork for significant operational growth, ushering in new practices and cutting-edge cancer care technologies.

Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG) has acquired SRJ CBCC Cancer Hospital in Indore, Madhya Pradesh for an undisclosed value.
This acquisition marks HCG’s foray into Madhya Pradesh. HCG’s expansion plans include adding 100 beds and cancer diagnostic and treatment facilities within an operational timeline of two years, addressing the region’s healthcare needs. With this expansion into its 10th state, HCG now operates a network of 21 cancer centers, 24 hospitals across India and Africa, and eight Daycare centers.
SRJ CBCC Cancer Hospital, Indore’s first cancer center brings 50 cancer care beds and LINAC machine capabilities. This acquisition paves the way for operational scale-up, introducing practices and cancer care technologies.
