HCAH India, a leading out-of-hospital care provider, has inaugurated its seventh Transition Care Center (TCC) in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. This latest center further solidifies HCAH's position as the largest chain of transition care centers in India, boasting over 325 beds across various cities, as outlined in a recent company announcement.
In a strategic move to cater to the burgeoning demand for high-quality healthcare, particularly in the rapidly growing rehabilitation care market valued at $32 billion, HCAH plans to amplify its capacity to accommodate 2,500 transition beds within the next five years. This expansion will focus on incorporating advanced technological solutions to enhance patient care.
Recently accredited by QAI, HCAH's TCCs now offer insurance coverage for out-of-hospital care, marking a significant milestone for the centers. The acquisition of Nightingales has further bolstered HCAH's position as India's largest out-of-hospital care provider and facilitated its expansion into South Africa, according to the company's press release.
Vivek Srivastava, Founder and CEO of HCAH India, expressed optimism about the company's trajectory, highlighting the aspiration to become the foremost player in out-of-hospital care and the leading geriatric care platform in the coming five years.
Dr. Gaurav Thukral, Co-founder, and COO echoed this sentiment, emphasizing HCAH's commitment to delivering accessible out-of-hospital care across the nation.
