Haber, an AI-driven robotics startup, has raised ₹317.2 crore in a funding round led by Creaegis. Founded in 2017, the Pune-based company focuses on automating industrial processes, improving efficiency, and promoting sustainability in manufacturing through cutting-edge robotics solutions.
AI-driven robotics startup, Haber, has raised Rs 317.2 crore in a funding round led by private equity firm Creaegis, with participation from Accel India and BeeNext Capital. This marks a significant milestone for the Pune-based company, bringing its total funding to ₹546 crore, according to Tracxn data. Previously, Haber secured ₹168 crore in 2021, led by Ascent Capital.
Founded in 2017 by Vipin Raghavan, Priya Venkat, and Arjunan PN, Haber specializes in developing industrial robots designed to automate labor-intensive processes in manufacturing environments. Their AI-powered robots streamline tasks like sample collection, measurement, analysis, and intervention, helping factories enhance efficiency by minimizing manual labor. The company's technology also enables industries to reduce their consumption of chemicals, energy, and water, promoting cost-effective and sustainable operations.

Haber has seen strong growth, reporting an 82% increase in revenue in FY2023 to Rs 82.8 crore. However, losses have widened by 47% to Rs 36.8 crore, reflecting the company's aggressive expansion in the competitive AI and robotics market.
As AI and robotics continue to gain traction in industries like manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare, this latest funding positions Haber as a key player in the future of industrial automation.
