A new study in India sheds light on the significant financial burden faced by breast cancer patients.

Fujifilm India has introduced the Echelon Synergy MRI Machine during its CT & MRI User Conclave, an industry event exploring the future of Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) technologies.

The event aimed to foster excellence in the radiology field and featured the unveiling of Fujifilm's latest advancement in the presence of key stakeholders.

The Echelon Synergy MRI Machine was launched in the presence of Chander Shekhar Sibal, Vice President and HOD, Healthcare Business, Fujifilm India, and Shunsuke Honda, Business Advisor Healthcare Business, Fujifilm India.

The conclave, attended by over 70 users, included renowned professionals from the radiology field.

Echelon Synergy, equipped with Fujifilm's Deep Learning Reconstruction powered by Artificial Intelligence, offers noise reduction and exceptional image quality, resulting in a 50% reduction in scan time compared to previous-generation MRI systems. The machine features a 70 cm wide bore, a 62 cm wide table, and Blanket RF Technology, ensuring optimal image quality, seamless workflow, and enhanced patient comfort.

Key features of the Echelon Synergy include:

Deep Learning Reconstruction: Provides noise reduction and exceptional image quality, reducing scan time.

HOAST (Higher Order Active Shimming Technology): Sets a new standard for imaging homogeneity, facilitating impeccable RF fat saturation and superior large FOV fat suppression in all planes.

RADAR (RADial Acquisition Regime): Motion compensation technology enables motion-suppressed images without sedation or excessive patient restraint.

IP-RAPID (IterativeRAPID): Accelerated imaging capabilities for the fastest visual acquisition across various anatomical regions.

SoftSound Scan Sequences: Ensures quiet scanning, reducing the audible noise of MR scans and enhancing patient comfort.

Chander Shekhar Sibal highlighted the significance of the Echelon Synergy in improving the quality of care and transforming lives. Shunsuke Honda emphasized Fujifilm's commitment to innovation in healthcare technology, aiming to revolutionize patient care.

This introduction represents a pivotal milestone for Fujifilm in the diagnostic imaging space, providing healthcare professionals with advanced imaging capabilities for precise and timely diagnosis.
