This strategic move aligns with India’s “Make in India” initiative, enabling the production of Esaote’s latest ultrasound series, including the My Lab™ A, My Lab™ E, and Compact Portable Ultrasounds, directly within the country.

The new facility will soon launch these advanced systems in the Indian market after meeting local regulatory and quality standards. Designed with cutting-edge features like AI-powered Augmented Insight functions and touchscreen control panels, these ultrasounds promise streamlined workflows for healthcare professionals. Additionally, their lightweight, portable, and battery-operated design makes them ideal for on-the-go diagnostics and provides greater flexibility in medical settings.

Esaote Group is renowned for its expertise in medical imaging solutions, offering a range of products from ultrasound and MRI equipment to diagnostic management software. By the close of 2023, Esaote employed over 1,250 staff members worldwide, half of whom are based in Italy, with key research and production sites in Genoa, Florence, and the Netherlands.
