Dr. Kumar, a seasoned healthcare supply chain expert, innovator, author, researcher, medico-legal expert, disaster management specialist, and sustainability advocate, holds a doctorate and postgraduate degree in Hospital Management from Apollo Hospitals, Chennai
He is also a pioneer in his field, being the first healthcare supply chain management professional in India to receive the prestigious Level 3 (Highest) Badge, "Qimpro Certified Qualitist," from the Qimpro Foundation. His groundbreaking work includes the development of the 4D MUSIC Model for achieving healthcare sustainability, which has earned him both the "Best Innovator Award" and the "Sustainability Champion Award" in the healthcare sector.
His expertise lies in sustainable, patient-centric supply chain management, utilizing CQO approaches, health technology assessments, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
