DKSH, a leading Market Expansion Services provider, has finalized an agreement to acquire Medipharm, a prominent pharmaceutical and medical devices distributor in Brunei.

This acquisition solidifies the strategic partnership between DKSH and Medipharm, which has been operating as DKSH’s sub distributor in Brunei for the past 25 years.

Medipharm, with a team of over 50 professionals, serves renowned blue-chip clients and generates net sales exceeding CHF 30 million.

The company specializes in the distribution of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, consumer health, personal care, and nutritional products to key institutions such as hospitals, medical centers, clinics, opticians, and pharmacies.

Bijay Singh, Head Business Unit Healthcare at DKSH, emphasized the significance of this integration, stating, “With the inclusion of Medipharm, we enhance our footprint in Brunei, a market where DKSH Healthcare has no direct presence. This expansion allows us to offer more comprehensive market coverage for our clients. We extend a warm welcome to all Medipharm employees at DKSH and anticipate the continuation of our longstanding, successful partnership.”
