DDRC Agilus Diagnostics, a subsidiary of Agilus Diagnostics Limited, has unveiled its regional wellness center and laboratory in Kottayam.

This newly inaugurated facility, serving as a reference lab, further bolsters DDRC Agilus' network of 35 labs and centers in Kottayam.

The launch event witnessed the presence of esteemed dignitaries including V. N. Vasavan, Minister for Co-operation, Government of Kerala, Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, MLA of Kottayam, Dr. Ganesh Kumar, IMA President of Kottayam, Bincy Sebastian, Municipal Chairperson of Kottayam Municipality, and Sunu Sara John, Ward Councilor of Kottayam Municipality.

With a growing demand for quality diagnostic services and wellness treatments, DDRC Agilus has expanded its capabilities by introducing this 24x7 regional wellness center and laboratory in Kottayam. The new facility is poised to cater to a wide geographical area including Pathanamthitta, Idukki, Aleppey, Kottayam Medical College, Ettumanoor, Pala, Kumarakom, Kanjikkuzhy, Manarcadu, and Changanaserry.

He emphasized the company's commitment to Kottayam, where it already has a significant presence with 35 labs and centers. The newly inaugurated wellness center and laboratory, spanning over 20,000 square feet, boasts multiple laboratory divisions covering areas such as Haematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Immunology, Histopathology, Immunohistochemistry, Molecular Genetics, Cytogenetics, Microbiology, and a comprehensive range of radiology services including ultrasound, audiometry, ophthalmology, digital radiography, ECG, TMT, Spirometry, and Executive Medical Checkups.
