Spearheaded by Dr. Vincy Ashok Tribhuvan, VP – Nursing Administration, CARE Hospitals, and supported by Dr. Abdul Nafeh, HCOO, CARE Hospitals Musheerabad, the initiative aimed to spotlight the profound impact nurses make beyond the confines of hospital walls.
In a collaborative effort with the Guru Nanak Mission Trust, CARE Hospitals’ nursing professionals actively participated in a tree plantation drive, symbolizing the nurturing care they provide to patients while reaffirming the Group's commitment to environmental sustainability. Over 100 saplings were planted, underscoring the hospital's dedication to creating a greener, healthier future for communities.
Jasdeep Singh, Group CEO of CARE Hospitals Group, stressed the importance of sustainability in healthcare, emphasizing the need for initiatives that promote a healthier environment. In addition to the tree plantation drive, the nursing leadership team embarked on a visit to The Little Sisters of The Poor old age home, extending gestures of kindness and joy to elderly residents. They presented essential items, offering comfort and cheer to the residents, exemplifying CARE Hospitals' ethos of compassionate care beyond clinical settings.
