MR Electrical Enterprises in collaboration with the Business Booster Club and Bhagwan Mahaveer Vikalang Sahayata Samiti (Jaipur Foot), hosted a camp at Maharaja Agrasen Bhavan in Bengaluru. This camp was to screen the patients and provide free artificial limbs to them. The camp benefitted over 100 patients.
Bimal Kumar Saraogi, a member of Bhagwan Mahaveer Vikalang Sahayata Samiti, stated that based on the measurements obtained, they will prepare Jaipur foot, calipers for polio-affected patients, and crutches for the handicapped. These aids will be distributed at the same venue on July 30th, 2023.
Ramesh Jain, the Director of MR Electrical Enterprises, expressed that their social vision and commitment drive them to assist the disabled in reclaiming mobility and dignity through the provision of high-quality, durable artificial limbs and other aids.
Narendar Gehlot, the Director of Business Boosters Club, remarked that it is heartening to witness the collective efforts of individuals and communities supporting one another.
The research team of the society developed Jaipur Limb Technology, which MR Electrical Enterprises uses for the provision of artificial limbs. The Jaipur Limb, a one-stop facility, measures and fits patients with custom-made limbs. This eliminates the need for subsequent visits. Following the fitting process, numerous patients can resume their work in fields, factories, shops, and offices.
