Apollo Clinic's Koramangala center in Karnataka has received NABH certification, recognizing its commitment to quality healthcare. Innovations like iQMS and AI-powered Prohealth program have set new standards in patient care and clinic efficiency.
Apollo Clinic has received the prestigious NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers) certification for its clinic in Koramangala, marking a significant achievement as the first clinic in Karnataka to obtain this recognition under the Allopathic Clinic Standard. This is the second NABH certification awarded to Apollo Clinic nationally, with the first one granted to the Anna Nagar Center in Chennai.
In February 2024, Apollo Clinic's Koramangala facility underwent a rigorous renewal assessment as part of the NABH’s second-cycle accreditation, confirming its commitment to high standards in patient care and clinic management. Several key innovations contributed to the accreditation, such as the implementation of the iQMS (Innovative Queue Management System), which streamlines processes and improves patient visibility in real-time. Furthermore, an OTP-based feedback system ensures secure, authentic feedback collection from patients.
Apollo’s Prohealth program, an AI-based platform for proactive health management, and its Home Collection Sample services also played crucial roles in enhancing patient convenience and maintaining operational efficiency.
As Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Chairman of NABH, noted, "Apollo Clinic’s commitment to elevating healthcare standards exemplifies what NABH certification stands for – quality, transparency, and patient-centric services." Apollo Clinic’s advancements continue to set new benchmarks in accessible healthcare across India.
