Anuj Virmani Takes Over as MD of Johnson & Johnson Medtech India

Anuj Virmani appointed as MD of J&J medtech India, aims to empower 1.4 billion lives with ethical leadership and healthcare expansion in tier II & III cities.
Anuj Virmani, with 28 years of industry experience, has been appointed as Managing Director for Johnson & Johnson's medtech India division. With a strategic patient-centric vision, Virmani will lead operations and expand the company's reach in tier II and III cities.
Virmani, a BITS Pilani Masters in Management Studies graduate, has been with Johnson & Johnson since 1995. He has held key positions, including Chief Financial Officer for the Middle East, Central Europe, Russia, Turkey, and Africa.
His expertise in General Management, Marketing, Finance, and New Business Development has led to successful initiatives in specialties like Bariatric, Thoracic, and Colorectal, enhancing care standards and optimizing patient pathways.
As the Managing Director of Johnson & Johnson Medtech India, his focus lies on ethical leadership, nurturing talent, and reinforcing the organization's vision of empowering 1.4 billion Indians.
Commenting on his appointment, Virmani stated -
